“Since every case is different, each mediation is designed to meet the specific needs of both parties. My role, as the mediator, is to provide a safe, neutral place for both sides to meet and help them build consensus based on the individual facts of the case. I work with both parties, meet with them individually and together, and help them determine the issues most important to each of them. We work through the process together to reach a mutually agreeable settlement.”
